Smart Africa Markets for All (SAMA) – Intervention 2 Zambia is a four year digital skills and economic empowerment programme implemented by NetOne Foundation Limited in partnership with Smart Africa and the Mastercard Foundation.

The programme is designed to equip young people and women with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to participate meaningfully in Zambia's rapidly growing digital economy.

SAMA Intervention 2 combines digital skills development, entrepreneurship, financial capability, employability, safeguarding and community empowerment to create sustainable pathways to employment, business growth and lifelong learning.
